Zoosystematics and Evolution launches GBIF-hosted data portal

The data portals, hosted on the GBIF infrastructure, are designed to support the use of biodiversity data at various scales, catering to a diverse audience. By providing a user-friendly interface, these portals enable seamless access and exploration of biological occurrence data extracted from published articles, alongside the associated datasets and article citations. Users can narrow down their queries using a range of search categories, including geography, taxon, and conservation status, and access statistics about the data.
The Zoosystematics and Evolution data portal currently features 101 datasets and almost 900 occurrences.
