Morphological and molecular evidence for Gothus teemo gen. et sp. nov., a new xanthid crab (Crustacea, Brachyura, Xanthoidea) from coral reefs in the South China Sea, with a review of the taxonomy of Actaeodes consobrinus (A. Milne-Edwards, 1867)

Phylogenetic relationships inferred from combined 12S, 16S, COI, and H3 sequences among Gothus gen. nov. and related species in Xanthidae, analyzed by Bayesian Inference (BI) and maximum likelihood (ML) analyses. A. BI tree, with posterior probabilities (PP) labeled; B. ML tree, with bootstrap replications (BS) labeled; values below 50 are hidden. Most data are derived from Lai et al.
